Description
2nd Drawing Assignment.
Started off with a cross contour of a shell in charcoal, did a coffee wash, and then painted over it with gouache. (I know the composition is bad, I misjudged things when I drew the first large shell and since we were required to draw 2, I had to awkwardly add one in the corner). We were supposed to "realistically" color our shells, but hey I actually DO see bright purple in the shadows.
